The de-facto North Carolina Junior State Championship. Quin showed up to this one and promptly broke his driver during the practice round! I thought I’d finally got a break from the Golf but it was not to be as I drove out there at night to bring his backup driver! Quin put in a workman-like three days posting scores of 73/75/69 for a top-twenty finish (Tied 19) from a field of 125+ junior boys. This was also a qualification-required event. Two more years to try and win this one!
